If you have 25 people or more to attend fire ant training, it may be possible that a trainer can come to your place of business to deliver the session.
This option is subject to the trainer’s availability and the location of your business.

This information will only be accessed by authorised employees within the department and will not be disclosed to any other parties unless authorised or required by law.
Under the Biosecurity Act 2014, authorised officers have the power to enter your property to conduct surveillance and treatment for fire ants or electric ants. Entry onto all properties is essential to the success of the eradication programs. Officers will be clearly identifiable and will not need to enter your house or buildings.
Officers are authorised to enter your property to undertake treatment or surveillance without you being present. Please advise if there are issues with accessing your property and of any hazards that officers will need to be aware of.
